We met Susan at another Open House. From their, the relationship developed into her representing us as both a seller (with her colleague) and a buyer. She was quite helpful and informative and had a good idea of what we were looking for early on. She understood our concerns about various properties and tried her best to help with some of our own hiccups/complications.
