We were so fortunate to have found Susan Helton at Berkshire Hathaway to assist us in our home search in the Laguna/Dana Point area. As relatively new residents to the area we thought we knew most of the neighborhoods but Susan showed us so much more. And while my wife and I had different priorities, Susan was masterful after just the first few days in showing us properties that we could both get excited about. We found a terrific home in an area we were unfamiliar with previously and Susan helped us negotiate a terrific price and ‘included items’ list.
