We were in the market for a condo for our son (investing rather than spending money for rent) and happened upon Susan, who was showing a condo in the area. We felt welcomed from the first, and even though we hadn’t decided on the area yet, the information that we received helped us to make our decision.
The whole process (which is not a favorite) was made painless by Susan’s helpful nature and attention to detail. All of our questions (especially specific ones when the world of termites was the topic) were answered thoroughly. Susan accommodated our schedule (a major trip right in the middle of escrow) and made the entire experience quite pleasant.
